Every hat is handmade to order, so here's what to expect from the time you order to the day it arrives at your door.
Shipping Costs
Shipping in the USA is free but we do charge for anything leaving the country. We are NOT responsible for any fees or customs that can incur with out of the country shipping.
Processing time
Because each piece is made by hand, *custom* orders take about 2–4 weeks to create before they ship. Ready to ship orders listed on the website will ship in 3-5 business days. We'll keep you posted along the way. If you have a deadline please let us know in advance.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your hat. Here's how returns and exchanges work — and please reach out anytime if something isn't right.
Errors
We do NOT give refunds due to an error on the customers side such as giving us the wrong size, spelling, etc. But we WILL refund due to an issue on our size.
Custom & personalized items
Because custom and personalized hats are made just for you, they generally can't be returned or exchanged. If there's an issue with your order, please reach out right away.
